These terms are an agreement between you and Further Sight, LLC (“Further Sight,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our website (furthersight.com) and our iOS apps, including eyerobics.
The service
Further Sight builds short visual workouts — exercises that train and rest the visual system. eyerobics is a wellness and training tool.
Not medical advice. eyerobics is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Consult an eye care professional about your vision health, and stop using the app if you experience discomfort.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our website and apps.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: don’t interfere with its operation, don’t attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, and don’t use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The apps, website, and their content — including text, graphics, and software — are owned by Further Sight and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Further Sight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
