Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Further Sight, LLC (“Further Sight,” “we,” “us”) builds iOS apps that train and rest the visual system, including eyerobics. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (furthersight.com) and our apps, and how we use it.

Information we collect

If you contact us. When you email us — for example, to join the waitlist — we receive your email address and anything you include in the message. We use it only to respond to you.

The eyerobics app. eyerobics is designed to work without an account. Your exercise activity and preferences are stored on your device and are never sent to us. We do not ask for your name, and we do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.

Technical information. Our website hosting provider may collect standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site reliable and secure. If you enable crash reporting in iOS, Apple may share anonymized crash diagnostics with us.

How we use information

We use the limited information we receive to operate and improve our website and apps, respond to your messages, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our website host, Cloudflare), and only as needed to provide those services — or when required by law. Any provider that handles personal information on our behalf is required to protect it to at least the same standard described in this policy.

Data retention

We keep emails you send us only as long as needed to respond to you, and we delete them on request. Your exercise activity and preferences stay on your device: erase them by deleting the app, or reset your streak from inside the app.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any personal information you have shared with us by emailing hello@furthersight.com. You can stop sharing crash diagnostics with us at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Privacy & Security. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional privacy rights (such as the EU or California), contact us and we will honor them.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
